Post subject:  Answer OK in simulator, Problem in live

Answer is part of my App., run on a Dialogic board. After recording a message and hanging up, simulator shows "caller hung up, HANGUP, jump to HANGSAVE" then copies the temp file to "NEW".

In the live situation, I get "Call Status (lps0), ATDX_HOOKST(2), setting system variable @RECORD_RESULT to SPEECH STOP. The system then proceeds through Global Event, caller_gone, set @HANGUP to CALLER_GONE, etc. I am left with the temp vox file and no copy to VMail/New.

Am I missing something? I hesitate to change caller gone from hangup to hangsave in the step after Record.

Please provide a log showing one complete call from Wait for Call to Wait for Call. Provide one from Simulator, and another from the Dialogic scenario you outlined. Be sure to "scrub" anything sensitive from the log (although, if you're doing a test case, use test info so there isn't any).

You can either attach it to this forums post, or to keep it private, send the logs to support@engenic.com.
