Question when evaluating the Engenic teleflow software: <br> <br>An issue we have seen with some IVR software is that when lines are stopped or the IVR application running is stopped, calls are still being presented to communications/network layer and as a result customers will get an engaged signal. <br> <br>My question then is, does your software when lines are stopped/application is stopped send a back-busy signal to the comms/network layer so it recognises that these ports are not available and not present calls to them?

Yes. This is actually handled by the card and the telco. When the port is engeged, the telco sees this and detects that port as busy. <br>If you are asking how to get the telco to move to another port that isn't busy you need to set up a hunt group with your telco.
