Whenever I try and save a new app, I get an error that says: "Cannot move frustatus:It is being used by another person or program." <br>I understand that my Dialogic drivers create this file. I stopped by Dialogic services and deleted the file, but I still get this error. Only a .TAP file is created - none of the directory stucture or other files. <br>Aby ideas?

Does it say which file is causing the problem? As it turns out, the Dialogic side of things should not be affecting the situation. It's an odd error for certain. <br> <br>I wonder if upgrading to the latest version of TeleFlow (http://www.engenic.com/downloads.html), might solve the problem. You will need to uninstall the current copy. <br> <br>Start there, and if the problem persists, please send us a screen shot of the entire screen which includes the error message.
