The Get TT String has a setting for Maximum touch tones to receive but doesn't have a setting for minimum touch tones to receive.

Right now we want the caller to enter 10 digits and then we move on, but if the caller only enters 9 digits the ap still moves on. So we now have to add more steps to check if we received 10 digits then loop back. It would save a lot of steps if you had a setting for minimum touch tones to receive.

This should be am easy and quick update for the TeleFlow product.

Great suggestion, thank you! This is on the list for consideration as a possible future update.

For now, if you are finding you have to do this quite a bit, you might consider creating a flowchart that takes parameters such as:
- pass by reference variable to receive entered digits
- voice script name to prompt caller to enter digits
- minimum and maximum digits
- any other validation value(s) you require
This flowchart could have a "Play" step that plays the voice script name passed in, then runs a "Get TT String" step, followed by all the validation required.

The flowchart could include what to do in a timeout, or when the data doesn't validate, and would return only when the data entered by the caller is valid.
