Initial Demo/Production Application now completed. What would be the procedure to install a copy of the application in ten different new computers with each installation being totally self-contained?

Essentially, you are going to go through the same procedure ten times. Having said that, there are some things you can do to make this an easier process.

I would recommend you run through the entire process on a single server first, adding specific details to your own installation guide where you find this general checklist isn't enough. Obviously, you will have your own needs with respect to you own applications, and can provide better guidelines for this than "Install your TeleFlow Application(s)".

After you download the required software the first time(which you might want to do prior to going through the individual installation steps, even the first time), it might make your job easier if you burn all the required extracts/setup files/application files to a DVD that you can use to move the files from one computer to another(assuming you have a DVD drive in each, of course).

After one success, as long as you keep track of where each is, you can do multiple installs at once. (I could certainly see installing all the hardware physically in all machines at once, for example, rather than doing that one at a time)

The process:

1) Install telephony hardware, drivers, and configure the hardware
- For Dialogic, refer to:
http://teleflow.org/wiki/index.php5?tit ... l_Dialogic for instructions

2) Install TeleFlow (http://www.teleflow.org/download.html)

3) Set up and configure your TeleFlow applications
NOTE: The "TeleFlow Line List", "TeleFlow Config", and "TeleFlow Register" server tools all have detailed help in the TeleFlow help file.

a) Install your TeleFlow Application(s), including any additional software / files to support them.
- Install the applications to the same location on each computer
- Create a TeleFlow Application List file (using "TeleFlow Line List") that runs the appropriate TeleFlow Applications on the number of ports you expect to have in each system. Assuming a consistent setup on every server, this TAL file can be used on every one of them.

b) Configure TeleFlow using TeleFlow Config

c) Register TeleFlow using TeleFlow Register
- Contact sales@engenic.com for information/pricing to register your TeleFlow Server
- The MAC Addresses of the computers to register will be required to generate license keys. (so, sending these with the initial contact can help to speed the process along)

4) Test the installation works
- Start computer and place at least one test call to it to ensure everything worked as expected/properly
