I'm not completely clear on what you are attempting to achieve as a whole, but
here are some things I can tell you that might help:
- TeleFlow will allow you to develop IVR solutions/applications that communicate with web services.
- Consult the TeleFlow help/forums to learn more. Specifically:
-- Try the Getting Started with TeleFlow Designer page to start familiarizing yourself with TeleFlow. (this is a getting started guide for the TeleFlow Visual IVR Script Designer, or TeleFlow Designer you mentioned)
-- Review the HTTP step and the TCP steps if you intend to web-enable you IVR applications.
- Since the HTTP and TCP steps are your communications tools to your web
services, what you use to provide those services matters very little.

When you say "return back the information in visual & audio form", I can only
assume you mean:
visual: on the web form
audio: by a phone call

An IVR can certainly place a call to the user, provided there is a way to know the web user's phone number. I don't see why/how the IVR would need to be involved in the visual display portion. If you develop a website, you would likely
use web services to provide the visual feedback.
