Hi,

Do you have a detailed guide or step by step guide for a Dialogic board 60 Port - D/600JCT-2E1?

I have instaled Dialogic SR6.0 and last Dialogic service update. However, when I start Teleflow Server, I see in telelflow logs that only recognize 30 ports instead of 60.

So, how can I check my instalation?

Thanks

Hi,

I could get work all 60 ports for our D/600JCT-2E1. However we got a new issue.

We tested dialogic board with a Dialogic demo, and it looks fine. Teleflow will be behind a pbx Alcatel OXE so we need use global call protocol. The issue is when we start teleflow we got this:"Protocol 'ops0' not supported". We have tried all lps0 but we got that teleflow cant not set onhook.

Happy to hear that you got both your trunks activated.

The issue you are having now is that TeleFlow does not support the Off-premises station ('ops0') protocol for Dialogic digital cards. The only protocol you can run with that card and TeleFlow is ISDN. Set your protocol in your TeleFlow Application Line List file to 'isd0', and your application should run the Wait For Call step successfully. However, you will also have to change your switch or telephone service to provide ISDN.

I hope this helps.

Thanks for your answer.

One question: Is planned add ops0 support when Dialogic board are used in the future?

I'm not sure what you are asking for here... If the DCM shows a DMV600BTEP, that is the board name. Can you clarify what you are trying to determine?

I should mention as well that TeleFlow does not support the DMV card series.
