We setup a test using Transfer Demo2. Incoming call went well and was routed to the outgoing.tap. Outgoing.tap was also successful in placing a call to our office extension.

Problem is incoming and outgoing calls were not switched successfully. Log shows:

[77] Switch Call
Feb 03 19:16:47.75: Switch 18 to 4
Feb 03 19:16:47.75: board 0 local 8:10 to local 1:3
Feb 03 19:16:47.76: ERROR: Failed to connect ports, error code = 0x40005

Please advice on what might have gone wrong.

It seems that TF is switching connections between the 1st and 3rd trunk. However, we have a AG4000 2 trunk card and was booted up as such. How do we do switching between 1st and 2nd trunk only? Also do we actually need to use SWISH to enable switching? FYI, we are using NA2003-1.
