I am having issues loading my application to a live environment. I began by adding a TAL and entering my TAM into that and pointing it to port 1 of the Dialogic d4PCI card. When I call in to the #, I get a enGenic greeting followed by a bunch of static. The services are started. What am I missing?

Still had the application in simulation mode. I also think that the Engenic greeting is due to a registration issue? Where do I get my product key? I did not gwet one with my disk?

If you have already purchased TeleFlow, send your MAC Address to registration@engenic.com for a license/product key. Otherwise, contact sales@engenic.com for information on how to purchase.

(To get your MAC Address, go to Start >> Programs >> TeleFlow >> Server Tools >> TeleFlow Register. Copy and paste the MAC Address into your email)

In TeleFlow, VOX files are the only supported audio file format for Dialogic. You can use the "Run Program" step in TeleFlow and use TFSoundTransformer to convert files from VOX to WAV and back. To do this, get the latest TFSoundTranformer... just to be sure

http://www.engenic.com/TFSoundTransform.zip

In there, you will see some examples of how to run SoundTransformer. It would be best to test the transform in a CMD.exe window to make certain it does what you need it to. VoicePlayer (also included in TeleFlow can be used to listen to VOX files). You should be able to use some trial and error to create what you need. Once done, take the command and enter it into the "Run Program" step. Make sure that SoundTransformer is in the path or in the same directory as TFServer.exe
