When entering data into a 4 position field, a 4 position number automatically terminates the entry and TeleFlow moves on. However, if a "#" is pressed, the "#" terminates the following entry point. Set the maximum number of digits to 5, and make sure to prompt: "Please enter your [type of number] number, followed by the pound key". <br> <br>If a pound isn't pressed, this is ok because the step will time out and still provide what was entered. After you collect the data, you must check the length of the string collected to ensure it is 3 or 4 characters in length. (Since they could potentially enter up to 5)
