Started FoxPro for DOS application which processes information between incoming calls and outbound calls. Then started the TeleFlow application using the Simulator. Within 10 seconds, the problem "TFSimulator.exe has encounted a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." Clicking on "Don't Send" drops the notice with the both applications continueing to run. Any suggestion on correcting the problem? <br> <br>Great support guys.... Keep it up...

You have 2 simulators running successfully, and they continue to do so, even after the error message that one of them generated? Is it possible that you had, immediately previous to the starting of the TFSimulator that generated the error, shut down another TFSimulator? <br> <br>The next time this happens, shut down all TeleFlow Simulator windows, and go to your \Program Files\TeleFlow directory. Locate and send the log files modified on the date of the error to support@engenic.com. Make the subject line: "DEVNET: TFSimulator.exe has encounted a problem". We will review and post our response in this thread.

Thank you for forwarding the log files. <br> <br>We have reviewed them, and unfortunately, they don't reveal anything about the specific problem. <br> <br>There are some "general stability issues" with TeleFlow Simulator that do not appear in the TeleFlow Server. Doing a telephony board simulation with sound card, speakers, and a graphical interface makes TFSimulator an excellent tool for quickly testing an application, without fussing with the phone, but it has its complications too. Currently these mean that it will sometimes simply error out while you are using it to test. <br> <br>Some effort will be put toward the TeleFlow Simulator's stability issues soon, and when this has been addressed, a new version of TeleFlow with the Simulator fixes will be made available for download. <br> <br>Thanks again!
