Overview

Biometric authentication via a voice print password. The VoiceVerify components of TeleFlow allow you to register a voice print and later authenticate against a voice print for a particular user. Not only must the unknown party speak the correct password, but they must have the same voice as the original speaker. In other words, only you can speak your password.

VoiceVerify is supported on the following telephony platforms:

• Ai-Logix

Known Issues

The VoiceVerify steps do not work on the TeleFlow Simulator.
