Does TeleFlow 2006 support the ability to capture CallerID from telephone numbers where the CallerID is "blocked"? If so, does the Dialgic D4PCI card support this as well?

This is not possible for analog solutions. <br> <br>For digital (T1/E1), you must contact your telecom provider, and request ANI, which will be delivered to your T1 even if Caller ID is blocked. Be sure you are getting true ANI, not just Caller ID, as Caller ID will not provide blocked numbers. <br> <br>An NMS AG4040 would allow you to take advantage of this feature.
