When placing calls back to back, the second call is shown as "no answer" but it never actually dials out. Here is the teleflow log. The first number it calls is my office. The second is my cell. The cell never even rings. Can you help with this Tim?

The second Place Call step occurs too quickly after the first has ended. Consider the relevant steps in this log output:

Only 13 milliseconds has elapsed between the end of the previous call and the start of a new one. On an analog phone line, hang-up followed by a pick up (Place Call implicitly takes the phone off-hook) results in a flash-hook. Therefore, your application has flashed the hook for 13 milliseconds. Not long enough to even be registered as a flash-hook.

Most analog equipment uses flash-hook durations in the half-second to full-second duration. To make this application work, you should put a Wait step between Hang Up and Place Call. The minimum wait duration should be 2000 ms (2 seconds). If that still does not work, experiment with longer durations.
