By "Call Setup screen", I assume you mean the properties of your Place Call Step.
In order to send Caller ID with your outbound calls (on ISDN), you'll probably have to set your "ISDN calling number plan" and "ISDN calling number type" fields. According to the trace from the telco, you've got zero in each of these fields, which is the default settings.
You will need to get the correct values from your telco. On one circuit we have here, we are able to send the calling number using the "DEFAULT" (zero) in both field. On a circuit for another client, we had to set the "ISDN calling number plan" to "ISDN" and the "ISDN calling number type" to "NATIONAL".
With your telco's assistance, you should be able to send the calling number. However, I have not been successful at sending a name instead of, or in addition to, the number. Nor have I been able to get TeleFlow's Wait For Call Step to receive the name from the Caller ID information.
