If by "SIP Lines" you are really referring to supporting multiple URIs, then yes, TeleFlow supports this.
Presently, this requires a CG6060 or CG6565 card from Dialogic, an installation of the Natural Access software, and SIP licenses.
With the CG card, your call control (SIP) is carried on one ethernet cable, and the voice (VoIP) is carried on another. The cable for SIP is connected to a NIC in the computer, and the cable for VoIP is connected to the ethernet jack in the CG card.
I would expect your SIP Server to do the work of a proxy, so I'm not sure why you would require a further proxy server in the mix.
