engenic requires that you have a valid license to use TeleFlow, obtained from enGenic or one of its authorized distributors. Licenses are issued for a certain number of ports.

You may evaluate TeleFlow prior to purchasing licenses. In which case, TeleFlow will play advertisement messages, in addition to running your application. To disable these messages, follow the licensing procedure below.

Licensing Procedure

The following procedures detail how to obtain and activate TeleFlow port licenses. These procedures assume that you have purchased or have an agreement to purchase) TeleFlow licenses. If you do not, contact sales@engenic.com for assistance.

Run the TeleFlow Register program.

Start --> Programs -> TeleFlow -> Server Tools -> TeleFlow Register.

Locate the "MAC Address" field.

Copy the contents of this field and paste it into an e-mail to registration@engenic.com

Our staff will respond with an email containing the values required for the remaining fields in the TeleFlow Register program.

Third Party Licenses

Depending upon you application, certain third party licenses may also need to be acquired. For example, text-to-speech, speech recognition, and faxing require royalties to third party providers, and are therefore licensed separately. Note that the separate license requirements mean that you only have to purchase those third party components that your application needs.
