Instructions:

• Select the New Application option from the File menu. A dialog box will appear:

• Select either QuickStart start with an Application shell, or an application which closely resembles the application you want to create.

• A few seconds will pass as TeleFlow loads up the needed voice files and other associated files.

• You will be able to name the application and define the directory to save it to when you save the new application for the first time.

Notes:

A TeleFlow application, by default, includes a tree structure to save the associated files within. The TAM and Vox folders are created to store flowcharts and voice messages. This method is used because of the complexity of a TeleFlow application and the range of files that can be incorporated within it. For this reason, we recommend that all additional flowcharts created for the application be placed in the TAM directory.

For example, if the application VoiceMail was created in the directory IVR on C: drive, the following tree structure would result. C:\VoiceMail\ VoiceMail.TAP

\tam Location of the flowcharts (TAMs) associated with the application (TAP).

\dbf Database files

\vox All voice and script files
