StaffRelay is a human resources solution which automates the process of reporting employee absences and acquiring and hiring the most suitable replacement workers. StaffRelay automatically determines a list of suitable replacement workers and contacts the best replacement employee or contractor when a regularly scheduled employee is unavailable.

Organizations realize time and cost savings when using StaffRelay, as this complete solution automates employee absence handling and replacement acquisition. TeleFlow StaffRelay may be enhanced with add-on voice solutions to perform additional call-out tasks as well as apply other employee-based interactive solutions.

Administrators and supervisors using the StaffRelay system are able to verify and change absence information, as well as review voice mail messages which have been left regarding these absences. Additionally, full reporting and exporting procedures are available, which allows the absence information to be shared with other software products.


How it Works

  • Employees unable to attend work call into the TeleFlow Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system and enter information pertaining to their absence.
  • The employee provides details about the absence which is forwarded to the management screens.
  • StaffRelay searches through the records of potential replacement employees or contractors, and determines the best fit prioritized by schedule, skills, location, history, as well as management or corporate preference, if specified.
