1. TTS: current Neospeech version
2. HTTP Monitor (XML provided in order for PHP management routines)
3. Resolve outstanding SIP issues
4. TeleFlow PHP library
5. Wide support for NMS HMP
6. TeleFlow Improvements (as compiled by community)
7. Prep for Open Source: move licensing to external DLL
8. HMP: VoIP without 3rd party vendors
9. Advancement of speech recognition / more vendors
10. Skype and/or Google Talk support (sub contracts)
