Depending on the type of telephony hardware being used, and whether the installation is being done with a TeleFlow CD or by downloading the required software, the installation process will vary. For instructions on how to install and configure TeleFlow with your hardware, read the section that corresponds to the hardware you are installing and the method of the install. First install the TeleFlow software.

Installing The TeleFlow Software

The TeleFlow Server CD's installation process will install the necessary software for your telephony hardware.

From a CD:

The TeleFlow Installer should start automatically when you place the TeleFlow Server CD in the drive.

Click "TeleFlow Setup" to start the TeleFlow Installation wizard. Follow the instructions of the wizard and answer its questions when prompted. Remember the location to which you install TeleFlow. It is recommended to use the default, which is C:\Program Files\TeleFlow.

From a Download:

Download the TeleFlow install package and run it.

Follow the installation wizard to get the TeleFlow product suite installed. Remember the location to which you install it. (By default, this is C:\Program Files\TeleFlow)
