TeleFlow, released as a service creation environment in 1995, now enjoys an install base across many industries and countries. With the advent of teleflow.org and related open source projects, the product is becoming more pertinent to Web 2.0 initiatives.
This new level of visualization will also yield additional revenue potential especially in Manufacturing and Medical as the open source environments built using TeleFlow, along with the TeleFlow Service Licenses, can be sold on a commercial basis. teleflow.org is actively seeking representatives for open source and commercial revenue possibilities under the TeleFlow Affiliate Program.

Who May Be Interested
This program is for everyone who is able to reach a market or users or end clients. It is generally assumed that you will already be actively marketing and understand your target market. People and companies who are interested in the TeleFlow Affiliate Program may include:
- Developers using an obsolete development platform, and who can locate other users (eg: Expert Systems' EASE)
- Organizations who provide voice solutions who would like re-brand with their own logo.
- Distributors who would like to add a new series of applications to their product line.
- Companies who are working in a non-English speaking country who would be interested in adding new language text.
- Companies who have users of complementary software who may be interested in additional communications solutions.
- Organizations providing pre-used hardware and would like to provide a branded development environment as a possible up sell.
Depending on the circumstances, one of the following options may appeal:
Affiliate Branded Installation Executable
This option is a small executable (~1 MB) that you distribute and is marked with your affiliation number. When you distribute the installer from your website, or by other means, and the user runs it, a registry entry is marked with your affiliation number. The rest of the TeleFlow installation is then automatically installed from teleflow.org. Should the user choose to purchase licenses, the registry setting is provided with the purchase information, and a percentage of the gross sale will be forwarded every month or quarter depending on the total amount sold.
Advantages
The advantages of this option are simplicity and that you do not need to render any marketing information to teleflow.org or anyone else. All information remains yours, and all marketing transactions are entirely private.
Disadvantages
The disadvantage of this approach is that should the licenses be installed on a computer that was not downloaded using your installation executable, we cannot credit you with the sale. This option may also mean that additional marketing opportunities are missed.
Affiliate Email List
This option is essentially an email campaign, and is most suitable for companies or user groups with large numbers of contacts. This option would amount to you collecting emails, and then sending a message to the group announcing that you are providing TeleFlow solutions and services. Should an email recipient purchase TeleFlow licenses, related applications or services, you will receive a percentage of the entire sale. In order to facilitate a sale, the user will receive the license in an email. Should the email addresses match you will be credited for the sale. We have also expanded the scope to anyone who purchases from the same domain. This will ensure that when the purchasing department of a company acquires licenses, you will be credited. This only applies to companies that are 1000 employees or less.
Advantages
The advantage of this option is that we can determine a customer of yours based on email address. Any additional sales that may result at a later dates will also be credited to you.
Disadvantages
The primary disadvantage is that you will need to render your email list in order for sales to be credited to you. If requested, the email list will be marked as confidential in order to respect marketing boundaries.
Marketing Option
In order for the Affiliate Email List list to be beneficial, you will need to email your marketing group occasionally with updated information about new offerings. If you would be interested in rendering your email list to the general TeleFlow marketing pool, teleflow.org could perform specific email campaigns with your logo,web links and related branding, and even have the respond to email address set to you.
TeleFlow Reseller Branded Installation
Depending on your scope, teleflow.org has created custom installers and branding for interested re-resellers. This white label approach provides an installed product that can be modified entirely to suite the need. Logos, colors, marketing names, and tag lines can be modified in XML files and then included in a custom WiX program which is then used to create an installer.
Host Service Provider
If you are interested in hosting TeleFlow applications in addition to your own, you may be eligible for the TeleFlow Application Hosting affiliate program. The TeleFlow Enterprise edition is available for hosting companies at no charge so long as you are willing to also host teleflow.org certified applications, which you shall receive additional revenues for providing.
