TeleFlow, at one time marketed exclusively by engenic, is now being marketed via the teleflow.org website, and by distributors who provide the product in one of the following methods:
- TeleFlow unchanged, as a download or on CD directly to their clients
- TeleFlow under their own brand name
- TeleFlow as a component of a larger application

As of March 2008, all documentation, support, and development applications have been encapsulated within the teleflow.org site. There are two purposes behind this move:
- To build greater recognition around the brand name TeleFlow.
- To create a strong user community in English and Spanish initially, and other languages eventually.
Community Development
TeleFlow was originally created for the North American market, but has in recent years been gaining attention from Spanish speaking countries, as well as the Middle East, India, and South East Asia. This website has been created as a general meeting place, where reseller opportunities are being opened for individuals and companies who are interested in undertaking the task of re-recreating the information provided in English to other languages.

In Q1/Q2 2008, teleflow.org will be gradually populated with nearly 15 years of information, support and solutions created and discovered during the development of TeleFlow and applications built around it for the North American market. Administration of this website will then request information from interested parties who would like to play a roll in converting the content to the language of their region, as well as add information specific to it.
Designer XML
In 2007, Designer was converted to load its help from XML files. Currently, these files are in English. Resellers and interested are invited to convert those files to the language of their region.
TeleFlow Help
All help (TeleFlow.Chm) is currently in English only. Help and File manuals are available for conversion. Resellers and interested are invited to convert those files to the language of their region.
Community Content
This website's second purpose is to create a stronger user community. Once established, teleflow.org will also create a means for that user community to provide its products built on TeleFlow, as well as services for it, to a wider audience.
Open Source
In the same manner other companies (eg: MySQL) have created open source environments, so will TeleFlow. Promotions will be achieved through various means including contests.
Web 2.0
TeleFlow, originally created for Developers, is now nearly 15 years into its development. Since its inception, end users have become more savvy with using software such as TeleFlow. Accordingly, support is currently being considered for several end user communications technologies which could lead to greater distribution for practical applications and therefor license sales for resellers.
