Reload Off Step
Turns off 'safe' reloads for the application. Applications should run Reload Off prior to sections of the application that should not get interrupted. Since Wait for Call includes a Reload On and Reload Off, inbound/telephone answering applications will always be available for safe shutdowns while idle.
